    The valet attendant. The location is perfect for exploring, and I enjoyed a comfortable room with a nice view. The staff were friendly throughout my stay.

    The pool hours were limited, and I wished it stayed open later. The walls were thin, difficult to enjoy quiet moments when others were loud nearby.

    The hotel was in an incredible location near to many downtown attractions, several outstanding restaurants and the stadium. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. My double room was brand-new with walk in shower.

    Some people working there were not professional.

    Favourable and amazing location, it's set very close to downtown Houston, Centre of town and many downtown attractions. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

    I loved the hotel's central position, almost 2 km away, and the lively House of Blues Restaurant, just a short stroll from the hotel. Plus, after exploring, I appreciated the cozy ambiance of my King Room that was an ideal retreat for relaxation at the end of the day.

    The corner room was fine and super clean. That walk-in shower? Absolute bliss! Attentive staff.

    Amazing stay with fantastic service!

    This place is awesome! The receptionist, Nikki, was super helpful and even let us access the pool bathrooms before check-in. Our room was super clean with a killer view. The comfy bed made it hard to get up! The breakfast buffet was good, but they weren't fully stocked until later, kinda a bummer.

    The hotel ambience had a beautiful modern old world charm, and the lobby was just lovely. The room was cozy with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Highlight was the massive shower with great pressure. Breakfast was surprisingly good with well-constructed menu options.
